Here at The Ranch Equine Inc. we make every effort to ensure you receive the best shipped semen possible.  In order to help us accomplish this, there are several ways you can help.  Please refer to these documents when planning to breed your mare.  

Semen/Shipping Notes:

Please note that on-site mares have breeding priority on any given day.  All semen orders must be made no later than 5pm Central Time on the day prior to collection.  Please coordinate accordingly with your veterinarian to plan for shipments.  Semen orders MUST be called in to the office at (903) 564-7883. Any request made by email, social media, etc. will not be acknowledged.

Please also keep in mind that all accounts MUST be in good standing prior to any shipment being sent out.  Shipping fees must either have been paid prior with a check, or a credit card must be on file before any shipment will leave the ranch. 

Once a semen shipment leaves our custody, we have no control, therefore make no guarantees for the quality of semen on arrival. 

Upon your mare being confirmed in foal please contact us.  We will make every effort to confirm with you, however failure to communicate the mare’s breeding status by August 15 will result in a $75 late fee being assessed to add the mare to the Stallion Breeding Report.
